Former envoy claims Venezuela’s Chavez is dead
PanARMENIAN.Net - The former Ambassador of Panama to the Organization of American States (OAS), Guillermo Cochez, said Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez suffered brain death and who had died four days ago, guardianlv.com reported.
