The Jewish drive for war

Email received apparently in reference to this post -

Dear Sir,

I have come across this webpage during a search I was doing to find the link to one of my publications.

Someone has looked up my first name: Rola at the General Medical Council register in search for a doctor who has the same first name.

Following that many statements of hatred and defamation have been unleashed towards me, while I am not the person in question and my father has got nothing to do with Syria, and the same goes about me.

This webpage has gone viral now and people are referring to it. This may cause serious harm to my reputation while I have nothing to do with this.

Could you please remove this false information from your blog?

Many thanks,

Rola Ba Abbad

TAP - I see no reference to the name given in the email above, in the post below.
Can anyone else see such?  Please comment if you can.  I replied as follows -

The BMJ Blog website (British medical Journal) says **** is her first name. If you go to the General Medical Council website and search for a British registered doctor by the first name of "****" only one comes up surname ** *****, a woman who graduated from King Saud! university in Riyadh in 2002. Open democracray website writes "The crisis has had a very personal impact on ****’s family. Her father, also a doctor, helped coordinate medical logistics from inside Syria in the early days of the uprising. He is now involved politically with the Syrian National Council". And much more. If this woman is "the Dr ****", then her comments on Panorama and Newsnight ARE NOT IMPARTIAL.

Correction, there are five female doctors in the UK with the first name ****. One is no longer registered, one first registered in 1986 (which will probably make her too old) and the other three are: **** ** *****, **** Hallam & **** Salem. Funny that, because when I looked yesterday I am 99% certain, that there was only **** ******.

It was grim tonight on Newsnight, the BBC's flagship late night political magazine. There was no upside, seemingly, to Cameron's defeat in parliament last night. Not a single sigh of relief. The entire inquest was about Britain's potential 'loss of international credibility' and the like. Warmongering ex-soldier Paddy Ashdown was wheeled on to call it a "bad day for Britain".

The 'evidence' against Assad was not doubted by anyone on view, excepting perhaps government critic Diane Abbott who was so on the defensive she didn't have time to mention that the majority in the UK simply do not believe the 'intelligence' that is being stuck in our faces morning, noon and night.

We've been here before.

We understand why these scumbags lie.

The other three main interviewed guests during the programme were:

A Jewish French politician called Bernard-Henri Levy, who waxed lyrical about "the humanitarian war in Libya", his love for Britain and how this was the first time we had "disappointed him".

A Jewish Conservative politician called Brooks Newmark, supporting Mr Cameron's warmongering performance.

A woman who "asked to be known as" Dr. Rosa.
Dr. Rosa had played a major part in a horrible news report showing an (apparently) very recent attack in northern Syria on a children's playground (of all places) using another chemical weapon, something like napalm, that appeared to inflict horrible burns to its victims. This young female doctor is obviously Jewish. How unlikely is it that she would be so moved by the suffering of Syrian rebels that she put herself in harm's way to support and treat them during their trials. Well, she supported them during the filming but she didn't hang around very long because she was back in the London BBC TV studio like a speeding bullet. One might have given her the benefit of the doubt, that she was a very dedicated humanitarian, if she had not been so ferociously pushing the case for western intervention against the Assad government. These poor suffering people really do deserve a proper war.
Her performance made me suspicious. Was this, one wondered:

A) a good doctor who's heart was breaking over the suffering caused to poor Syrians or
B) a Jewish psy-op carefully crafted to bring American/NATO weapons of war raining down on the heads of Israel's enemies?

The BBC reporter who captured the 'school playground atrocity' was Ian Pannell, who has shown a remarkable ability to be on the spot when such horrors take place. Some have expressed suspicions about his reporting, elsewhere he is accused of being MI6.

We've seen 9/11. We have a very good idea how that came about.

We've seen 7/7 and the rest.
When these people want war anything is possible.

It would not surprise me if:

A) the event was an entirely fabricated piece of theatre (we see no missing body parts only ugly falsifiable surface effects), or....

B) Mr Pannell and the heartbroken Dr Rosa called in the strike on the playground prior to filming its consequences.

The evidence suggests that Israel and its accomplices are absolutely determined to remove Assad and bring about regime change in Iran.

They will stop at nothing.

Expect false flags.

These people will not pull back until they achieve their goal ....

.....or the whole world is in flames.

Putin said he thinks the chemical attack was a "provocation" by Assad's opponents who wished to draw the United States and other powers into the conflict.

Putin Rejects Syria Chemical Weapons Accusations as 'Utter Nonsense'

Russian President Vladimir Putin rejected the American evidence that Syrian forces used chemical weapons, calling the suggestion "utter nonsense."

"While the Syrian army is on the offensive, saying that it is the Syrian government that used chemical weapons is utter nonsense," Putin told journalists in Vladivostok, according to Russia's Interfax news agency.

He urged the United States to present its evidence to the UN Security Council and cautioned President Obama about the consequences of getting involved.

"I would like to address Obama as a Nobel Peace Prize laureate: before using force in Syria, it would be good to think about future casualties," he said.

On Friday, the Obama administration published evidence it says proves the Syrian military was responsible for the attack near Damascus two weeks ago.
Secretary of State John Kerry said the attack killed 1,492 people, including hundreds of children.
On Saturday, the US Ambassador in Moscow Michael McFaul presented that evidence to Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Rybakov.
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Rybakov urged the United States not to use the incident to justify increasing military pressure on the Assad government.

He said Russia would regard Western intervention as "a flagrant violation of international law."

Putin said he thinks the chemical attack was a "provocation" by Assad's opponents who wished to draw the United States and other powers into the conflict.

"Common sense speaks for itself: the Syrian government forces are on the offensive, and they have encircled insurgents in some regions, and it would be utter stupidity to give up a trump card to those who have been regularly calling for military intervention. It defies any logic, especially on the day when UN monitors came there," he told reporters.

Dale Gavlak is a credible reporter

In Syria a few days ago
This story (Infowars - 'The rebels admit responsibility for the chemical attacks) could completely derail the United States’ rush to attack Syria which has been founded on the “undeniable” justification that Assad was behind the chemical weapons attack. Dale Gavlak’s credibility is very impressive. She has been a Middle East correspondent for the Associated Press for two decades and has also worked for National Public Radio (NPR) and written articles for BBC News.
The website on which the story originally appeared - Mint Press (which is currently down as a result of huge traffic it is attracting to the article) is a legitimate media organization based in Minnesota. The Minnesota Post did a profile on them last year.
Saudi Arabia’s alleged role in providing rebels, whom they have vehemently backed at every turn, with chemical weapons, is no surprise given the revelations earlier this week that the Saudis threatened Russia with terror attacks at next year’s Winter Olympics in Sochi unless they abandoned support for the Syrian President.
“I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics next year. The Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games are controlled by us,” Prince Bandar allegedly told Vladimir Putin, the Telegraph reports.
The Obama administration is set to present its intelligence findings today in an effort prove that Assad’s forces were behind last week’s attack, despite American officials admitting to the New York Times that there is no “smoking gun” that directly links President Assad to the attack.
US intelligence officials also told the Associated Press that the intelligence proving Assad’s culpability is “no slam dunk.”
As we reported earlier this week, intercepted intelligence revealed that the Syrian Defense Ministry was making “panicked” phone calls to Syria’s chemical weapons department demanding answers in the hours after the attack, suggesting that it was not ordered by Assad’s forces.
UPDATE: Associated Press contacted us to confirm that Dave Gavlak is an AP correspondent, but that her story was not published under the banner of the Associated Press. We didn’t claim this was the case, we merely pointed to Gavlak’s credentials to stress that she is a credible source, being not only an AP correspondent, but also having written for PBS, BBC and

US President can't make up his mind

NPP has left a new comment on your post "How to survive the chemical onslaught on our bodie...":

Tap. Raw milk ditto. I live close to one of the few raw milk suppliers in the UK. Liquorice stick toothbrush. Stopped using shampoo maybe 5-6 years ago. Avoided doctors and dentist for may be 10 years - I had a discussion with my self, with my cells: we no longer invite unease!

Great stuff on the Syrian business. I have been busy, but clocking in every now and then and noting excellent articles, comments... thumbs up Tap. It all helps. It is particularly encouraging to see the likes of Graham Hancock voicing support for peaceful intentions, his recent newsletter:

"I am pleased to see that the macho posturing and muscle-flexing of Hague and Cameron in Britain has been somewhat reigned in after their embarrassingly belated realisation that the British people do not AT ALL support the lunatic idea of missile strikes and bombing raids on Syria. Further details here:
See also here:
There are those amongst our politicians who imagine that it will make them look "like men" if they "act tough". The truth, however, is that the only act of real political courage in the face of massive pressure from the US and Israel will be to take a principled decision NOT to send the bombers and missiles to Syria. Bombs and missiles do not make peace and the death of a fellow human being is a death whatever weapon it is caused by, or whoever fires that weapon. All the more so in the Syria crisis which is so ringed around with ideology, lies and special pleading from all sides that it is impossible to know what the truth is about anything. The safest bet, since they lie about everything else is to assume that our politicians are lying to us about Syria as well.

I am as disgusted with President Obama as I am with our little men here in Britain. This is a President who won the Nobel Peace Prize for goodness sake!! If he had possessed any moral integrity when it was awarded to him so early in his Presidency, before he had done anything, he would have refused it and said something like "let's wait and see how I do". Well, we've seen how he has done. Another moral coward. Another liar. If he sends the bombers and missiles to Syria he should be stripped of that prize. I understand as of today he is claiming to be still "undecided" about "retaliatory action" against Syria

Let us hope that public opinion will sway him also and this mad plan will be called off.

There are grave problems and grave issues at stake in Syria. We need to help the people of the region solve those problems. Bombing them and hitting them with missiles is not the way to solve anything. Love is what is needed here, not more hate.

TAP - He's coming under criticism and needs to keep his head down for a day or two.  With Cameron reeling, he can't make Syrian intervention look like a done deal any more.  No doubt a nasty false flag or sunk US ship would help him out nicely.  They sank the Liberty, and ensured no survivors.  They're bound to have another try.

CHRIS - Anyone else believe that this Panorama video being pushed by the BBC, using the heading ‘Syria crisis: Incendiary bomb victims like the walking dead’, at the very least, seems to be somewhat dubious? A very selective use of convenient chemical masks by some but not by others? Shades of over acting possibly?

TAP - Just the kind of material to be expected.  the full horror show on a nightly basis until we cave in and demand war from our masters.  Lots of make-up, use of actors, all the skills perfected by Hollywood will be on display to try to draw us in.

Germany descends to rogue nation status

Four children, ages 7 to 14, have been forcibly taken from their Darmstadt, Germany, home by police armed with a battering ram, and their parents have been told they won’t see them again soon, all over the issue of homeschooling, according to a stunning new report from the Home School Legal Defense Association.
HSLDA, the world’s premiere advocate for homeschoolers, said the family of Dirk and Petra Wunderlich has battled for several years Germany’s World War II-era requirement that all children submit to the indoctrination programs in the nation’s public schools.
The shocking raid was made solely because the parents were providing their children’s education, HSLDA said. The organization noted the paperwork that authorized police officers and social workers to use force on the children contained no claims of mistreatment.
“The children were taken to unknown locations,” HSLDA said. “Officials ominously promised the parents that they would not be seeing their children anytime soon.”
The raid, which took place Thursday at 8 a.m. as the children were beginning their day’s classes, has been described by observers as “brutal and vicious.”
A team of 20 social workers, police and special agents stormed the family’s home. HSLDA reported a Judge Koenig, who is assigned to the Darmstadt family court, signed an order authorizing the immediate seizure of the children by force.
“Citing the parents’ failure to cooperate ‘with the authorities to send the children to school,’ the judge also authorized the use of force ‘against the children’ … reasoning that such force might be required because the children had ‘adopted the parents’ opinions’ regarding homeschooling and that ‘no cooperation could be expected’ from either the parents or the children,” HSLDA said.
Dirk Wunderlich told the homeschool group: “I looked through a side window and saw many people, police and special agents, all armed. They told me they wanted to come in to speak with me. I tried to ask questions, but within seconds, three police officers brought a battering ram and were about to break the door in, so I opened it.”
His narration continued: “The police shoved me into a chair and wouldn’t let me even make a phone call at first. It was chaotic as they told me they had an order to take the children. At my slightest movement the agents would grab me, as if I were a terrorist. You would never expect anything like this to happen in our calm, peaceful village. It was like a scene out of a science fiction movie. Our neighbors and children have been traumatized by this invasion.”
Human rights violations
Michael Farris, HSLDA founder, said in a report the actions violated a number of established European precedents, including provisions of the European Convention of Human Rights.
“The right to homeschool is a human right,” he said, “and so is the right to freely move and to leave a country. Germany has grossly violated these rights of this family.
“This latest act of seizing these four beautiful innocent children is an outrageous act of a rogue nation.”

Cameron's wheels falling off. Rebels admit they did it.

August 30, 2013

The story is from journalist Dale Gavlak who has written articles for the Associated Press, NPR and BBC. He is a Middle Eastern journalist, his articles also appear on the Mint Press News, which is affiliated with AP.
In a report that is sure to be considered blockbuster news, the rebels told Gavlak, they are responsible for the chemical attack last week.
This news should deflate the accusations, against the Assad regime, coming from the U.S., Britain, and France as well as the Arab League.
Since the chemical attacks last week, the Assad government was immediately blamed. On Monday, Secretary of State John Kerry said: That Assad’s guilt was “a judgment already clear to the world," according to
As a result of Assad's government being blamed for the chemical attacks, five U.S. warships are now stationed off Syria's coast. These destroyers are poised to deliver cruise missiles in a strike that is due to begin any time now. According to the report on Mint Press there have been several interviews conducted with people in Damascus and Ghouta, a suburb of the Syrian capital.
The interviews conducted of residents, rebels and their families in Damascus and Ghouta are painting a different picture of what actually happened. Many believe that rebels received chemical weapons provided through the Saudi intelligence chief, Prince Bandar bin Sultan. It's being reported that these weapons are responsible for last week's gas attack.
The father of a rebel who was killed in what's now being called an accident by many in Ghouta and Damascus said: "My son came to me two weeks ago asking what I thought the weapons were that he had been asked to carry,” said Abu Abdel-Moneim. The father said at least 12 rebels including his son were killed by the chemical weapons.
Allegedly they were killed in the tunnel that was used to store the chemicals. These were provided by a Saudi militant, known as Abu Ayesha. He is said to be leading a fighting battalion in the effort to unseat Assad. The weapon was described as a "tube-like structure" by Abdel-Moneim.
Gavlak reports he was told by rebels that the gas "attack" was the result of rebels mishandling the chemical weapons they acquired from the Saudis. He says in the Mint Press report the following:
"They didn’t tell us what these arms were or how to use them,” complained a female fighter named ‘K.’ “We didn’t know they were chemical weapons. We never imagined they were chemical weapons.”
When Saudi Prince Bandar gives such weapons to people, he must give them to those who know how to handle and use them,” she warned. She, like other Syrians, do not want to use their full names for fear of retribution."
Gavlak continues in his report: "A well-known rebel leader in Ghouta named ‘J’ agreed. “Jabhat al-Nusra militants do not cooperate with other rebels, except with fighting on the ground. They do not share secret information. They merely used some ordinary rebels to carry and operate this material.
We were very curious about these arms. And unfortunately, some of the fighters handled the weapons improperly and set off the explosions, ‘J’ said."
The humanitarian agency, Doctors Without Borders, reported that around 355 people had died from what was believed to be a neurotoxic agent. They reportedly treated 3,600 people with symptoms of, frothing at the mouth, respiratory distress, convulsions and blurry vision.
According to the report dozens of rebels said they were receiving salaries from the Saudis.
It's said that Bandar was educated in the U.S. both military and collegiate. He is also said to have "served as a highly influential Saudi Ambassador to the U.S., and the CIA totally loves this guy."
Prince Bandar's intelligence agency is said to have been the first to bring allegations that Assad's regime used Sarin gas in Feb.

Pathetic fightback from rumbled British 'Intelligence' Committee

Chemical Hallucinations
By William Bowles
I think it’s true to say that the days of creating ‘dodgy dossiers‘(pdf)[1] are now over, at least if the latest ‘dodgy report’ is anything to go by. Put out by the UK’s Joint Intelligence Committee, it purports to offer proof that Assad gassed his own people. But aside from the fact that it offers not a shred of proof, it’s also amateurish and clearly put together in a panic.
We…have a limited but growing body of intelligence which supports the judgement that the regime was responsible for the attacks and that they were conducted to help clear the Opposition from strategic parts of Damascus. Some of this intelligence is highly sensitive but you have had access to it all. – UK Joint Intelligence Organisation, 29 August 2013
The ‘intelligence’ report (pdf) is short, barely two pages of text and short not only in size, it’s also short of any real content that backs up the mantra,’Assad, the brutal dictator did it’. Not a single fact is presented. Here are are the relevant ‘proofs’ offered by the JIC’s report:
JIC assessment of 27 August on Reported Chemical Weapons use in Damascus
A chemical attack occurred in Damascus on the morning of 21 August, resulting in at least 350 fatalities. It is not possible for the opposition to have carried out a CW attack on this scale. The regime has used CW on a smaller scale on at least 14 occasions in the past. There is some intelligence to suggest regime culpability in this attackThese factors make it highly likely that the Syrian regime was responsible.
Run this past me again? “It is not possible for the opposition to have carried out a CW attack on this scale”, ergo, it must have been Assad. This is evidence? It’s a pathetic, not to say ludicrous attempt and obviously hastily assembled from thin air. Aside from anything else, it’s just not true, there is definitive proof that the ‘rebels’ had sarin gas.
Turkey finds sarin gas in homes of suspected Syrian Islamists – reports Turkish security forces found a 2kg cylinder with sarin gas after searching the homes of Syrian militants from the Al-Qaeda linked Al-Nusra Front who were previously detained, Turkish media reports. The gas was reportedly going to be used in a bomb. – ‘Turkey finds sarin gas in homes of suspected Syrian Islamists’ – reports’,  – RT, 31 May 2013
Then the ‘report’ resorts to using the numerous videos to be found on Youtube as somehow proof that Assad used toxic gas on its citizens but again the videos don’t show who did it, how could they?
Extensive video footage attributed to the attack in eastern Damascus (which we assess would be very difficult to falsify) is consistent with the use of a nerve agent, such as sarin, and is not consistent with the use of blister or riot control agents. – JIC Report
This ‘report’ is pure hokum. After you take away all the padding which constitutes 90% of the document, there’s nothing left except the allegation that because the ‘rebels’ couldn’t have done it, it had to be Assad.
I suspect that the political class here (and in the US) really didn’t expect to have so much trouble convincing people to support more Anglo-Saxon slaughter and got caught off-guard as it were, hence the paucity of the document, rushed out in a few days and aside from an alleged Syrian Army conversation (see below), nothing at all to work with.
Ok, I think I’ve dispensed with the disinfo put out by the UK Cabinet Office, it doesn’t amount to much. But I suppose the time constraints imposed by Cameron jumping the gun, all gung ho to kill some more ‘rag-heads’, forced the Empire’s hand.

TAP - They seem to think that dodgy dossiers and lies will be believed forever just because they have the authority of government.  I remember in 2003 being highly sceptical about Blair's assurances that Saddam Hussein was a threat to Britain, but decided that, as he was the Prime Minister, I had to believe what he was saying.  Ten years on, after years of reading and chatting with people on the net and face-to-face I don't believe a single word anyone in the government says on any topic.   We used to think Owen Paterson was a trustworthy politician, but he's now selling GMOs as the best thing since sliced bread, and voting for wars as requested by his party leader.   The only one who tried to stop the evil nonsense was little John Heyes but he was sacked by Ed Davey the moment he challenged the idiocy of erecting the windmills, yet even he voted for the government over Syria.  The incorruptible are got rid of out of government in short shrift.  What's left stinks.

I don't know what motivated Ed Miliband to vote against the war.  Was it principle or tactical advantage to be gained by flooring Cameron?

How to survive the chemical onslaught on our bodies

By Dr. Mercola
The chemical industry is only 100 years old, but in this short time they’ve created substances that may now be threatening human survival.
A handful of these chemicals are detailed in the film The Disappearing Male, which gives an educational glimpse into exactly why environmental chemicals, and particularly the gender-bending kind, are so detrimental.
It’s becoming quite clear that chemicals in the environment are prompting significant changes to animals, especially males, and that extends to human‘animals’ as well.

Infertility Rates are Rising as Sperm Counts Drop

One couple in the film described the waiting room at their infertility clinic as similar to an emergency room – packed with lines extending down the hall. Infertility is more common than many think these days. An estimated 1 in 6 American couples struggle with getting pregnant each year1 and there's compelling evidence that hormone-disrupting environmental chemicals are partly to blame.

  1. As much as possible, buy and eat organic produce and organic free-range foods to reduce your exposure to pesticides and fertilizers.
  2. Rather than eating conventional or farm-raised fish, which are often heavily contaminated with PCBs and mercury, supplement with a high-quality purified krill oil, or eat fish that is wild-caught and lab tested for purity.
  3. Eat mostly raw, fresh foods, steering clear of processed, prepackaged foods of all kinds. This way you automatically avoid artificial food additives, including dangerous artificial sweeteners, food coloring and MSG.
  4. Store your food and beverages in glass rather than plastic, and avoid using plastic wrap and canned foods (which are often lined with BPA-containing liners).
  5. Have your tap water tested and, if contaminants are found, install an appropriate water filter on all your faucets (even those in your shower or bath).
  6. Only use natural cleaning products in your home.
  7. Switch over to natural brands of toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste, antiperspirants and cosmetics. The Environmental Working Group has a great database7 to help you find personal care products that are free of phthalates and other potentially dangerous chemicals. I also offer one of the highest quality organic skin care lines, shampoo and conditioner, and body butter that are completely natural and safe.
  8. Avoid using artificial air fresheners, dryer sheets, fabric softeners or other synthetic fragrances.
  9. Replace your non-stick pots and pans with ceramic or glass cookware.
  10. When redoing your home, look for "green," toxin-free alternatives in lieu of regular paint and vinyl floor coverings.
  11. Replace your vinyl shower curtain with one made of fabric, or install a glass shower door. Most all flexible plastics, like shower curtains, contain dangerous plasticizers like phthalates.
  12. Limit your use of drugs (prescription and over-the-counter) as much as possible. Drugs are chemicals too, and they will leave residues and accumulate in your body over time.
  13. Avoid spraying pesticides around your home or insect repellants that contain DEET on your body. There are safe, effective and natural alternatives out there.

TAP - I gave up shampoo and deoderants entirely and just use water and soap.  I no longer buy conventional toothpaste, but use either salt or a fluoride/detergent free paste.  We bought titanium/steel pots to cook and boil water in.  I never visit GPs (not for seven years) or buy pharmaceutical products except in extremis like an aggressive skin infection. Our household water is filtered down to 1 micron, drinking and cooking water down to half micron.  I'm always happy to see healthy insects around the place.  We use mesh netting and fly swats in the tropics.  We never use sunscreens in all climates even when sailing.  I buy raw milk from a farm nearby, and scout around for wild food like mushrooms at this time of year, blackberries this week too.  I planted fruit trees two years ago and have fruit from June to November.  I am working on getting rid of fragrances in detergents and 'fabric conditioners'.

This small victory over global tyranny cannot be erased

The world has slid into a political abyss. David Cameron, Barack Obama, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton and William Hague have all took turns running point for this three year destablisation effort in Syria -with each, repeating each other’s script, peppered with half-cocked truths, and an endless banquet of cooked-up ‘intelligence’. Each appears to be completely convinced by his/her own highly subjective and wonderfully deceptive version of reality in the Middle East. They bank on public apathy, and the chaos of propaganda, in order to clear their path for more extreme violence, and profits for the top end of the military industrial complex, and for the top end of a predatory banking sector which makes all wars possible.

Yes, leaders have all been bought and paid for. Yes, the mainstream media has been bought and paid for. But the public has not been bought and paid for yet. In an incredible turn of events on Thursday, the British public set a rare, but clear example of what a functioning democracy can look like by rejecting military aggression. Washington and London political hacks may be too myopic to realise it, but the rest of the world has taken notice, and this small victory over global tyranny cannot be erased.

Is Obama Walking Into An Impeachment Trap?

By Kevin Zeese,

August 30th, 2013
The irony of the Obama presidency may hinge on whether he attacks Syria.  He began his presidency prematurely winning the Nobel Peace Prize and could end it being impeached for starting an illegal war without congressional or UN approval – violating both domestic and international law.

Yesterday 163 Members of Congress sent letters to President Obama telling him that under the US Constitution he is required to get congressional approval before beginning a military attack. The letter drafted by Rep. Scott Rigel (R-VA) had 140 signatures, 119 Republicans and 21 Dems.  Rep. Barbara Lee also circulated a letter that had 53 signers, that calls on the president to seek congressional approval.

The Rigel letter warned Obama that engaging in military action “would violate the Separation of Powers Clause that is clearly delineated in the Constitution.” They also note that the justification for war in Libya also violated the Constitution.  The Lee letter warns that “we all swore to uphold and defend” the Constitution; and that we should not engage in an “unwise war – especially without adhering to our own Constitutional requirements.”   In their concluding paragraph they warn “Before weighing the use of military force, Congress must fully debate and consider the facts and every alternative . . .”

President Obama knows the limits of his powers.  In fact, if there is an impeachment proceeding his own words will be quoted. When he was running for president, Obama told the Boston Globe: “The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”

Vice President Biden, in a 2007 campaign event in Iowa, went further, not only stating clearly that the president does not have unilateral power to conduct military attacks but threatening impeachment of President Bush if he did so.

Obama's Approval Rating Plummets To Its Lowest Point Ever, And Syria Is To Blame

President Barack Obama's approval rating has matched its lowest ever recorded in a new NBC News poll.
And huge drops in his foreign policy approval combined with poor marks for handling the situation in Syria are to blame.
Obama's overall approval rating stands at 44%. The only other time it has been that low in the NBC survey came at the end of 2011, after a bruising debt ceiling fight with Congress that ended in a downgrade of the nation's credit rating.
This time, the drop is largely due to foreign policy concerns. Only 41% approve of the way Obama is handling foreign policy, the lowest ever. Consider that just last December, 52% approved of the way he was handling foreign policy.

The drop in satisfaction in foreign policy comes as Obama has ramped up talk for military action in Syria. According to the poll, Americans aren't very satisfied with the way he has approached U.S. involvement in that conflict, either. Only 35% approve, and 44% disapprove.

The poll also showed the quagmire facing Obama as he decides how to proceed in Syria. Almost four in five Americans think that Obama should seek Congressional approval before moving forward with any strikes in Syria.

America Totally Discredited by British Parliament

— Paul Craig Roberts

A foolish President Obama and moronic Secretary of State Kerry have handed the United States government its worst diplomatic defeat in history and destroyed the credibility of the Office of the President, the Department of State, and the entire executive branch. All are exposed as a collection of third-rate liars.

Intoxicated with hubris from past successful lies and deceptions used to destroy Iraq and Libya, Obama thought the US “superpower,” the “exceptional” and “indispensable” country, could pull it off again, this time in Syria.

But the rest of the world has learned to avoid Washington’s rush to war when there is no evidence. A foolish Obama was pushed far out on the limb by an incompetent and untrustworthy National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, and the pack of neoconservatives that support her, and the British Parliament cut the limb off.

What kind of fool would put himself in that vulnerable position?

Now Obama stands alone, isolated, trying to back away from his threat to attack without authorization from anyone--not from the UN, not from NATO, not from Congress who he ignored--a sovereign country. Under the Nuremberg Standard military aggression is a war crime. Washington has until now got away with its war crimes by cloaking them in UN or NATO approval. Despite these “approvals,” they remain war crimes.

But his National Security Advisor and the neocon warmongers are telling him that he must prove that he is a Real Man who can stand alone and commit war crimes all by himself without orchestrated cover from the UN or NATO or a cowardly US Congress. It is up to Obama, they insist, to establish for all time that the President of the United States is above all law. He, and he alone is the “decider,” the Caesar, who determines what is permissible. The Caesar of the “sole superpower” must now assert his authority over all law or Washington’s hegemony over the world is lost.

As I noted in an earlier column today, if Obama goes it alone, he will be harassed for the rest of his life as a war criminal who dares not leave the US. Indeed, a looming economic collapse could so alter the power and attitude of the United States that Obama could find himself brought to justice for his war crimes.

Syrians In Ghouta Claim Saudi-Supplied Rebels Behind Chemical Attack

This article is a collaboration between Dale Gavlak reporting for Mint Press News and Yahya Ababneh.

Ghouta, Syria — As the machinery for a U.S.-led military intervention in Syria gathers pace following last week’s chemical weapons attack, the U.S. and its allies may be targeting the wrong culprit.

Interviews with people in Damascus and Ghouta, a suburb of the Syrian capital, where the humanitarian agency Doctors Without Borders said at least 355 people had died last week from what it believed to be a neurotoxic agent, appear to indicate as much.
The U.S., Britain, and France as well as the Arab League have accused the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad for carrying out the chemical weapons attack, which mainly targeted civilians. U.S. warships are stationed in the Mediterranean Sea to launch military strikes against Syria in punishment for carrying out a massive chemical weapons attack. The U.S. and others are not interested in examining any contrary evidence, with U.S Secretary of State John Kerry saying Monday that Assad’s guilt was “a judgment … already clear to the world.”

However, from numerous interviews with doctors, Ghouta residents, rebel fighters and their families, a different picture emerges. Many believe that certain rebels received chemical weapons via the Saudi intelligence chief, Prince Bandar bin Sultan, and were responsible for carrying out the dealing gas attack.
“My son came to me two weeks ago asking what I thought the weapons were that he had been asked to carry,” said Abu Abdel-Moneim, the father of a rebel fighting to unseat Assad, who lives in Ghouta.

Abdel-Moneim said his son and 12 other rebels were killed inside of a tunnel used to store weapons provided by a Saudi militant, known as Abu Ayesha, who was leading a fighting battalion. The father described the weapons as having a “tube-like structure” while others were like a “huge gas bottle.”

Ghouta townspeople said the rebels were using mosques and private houses to sleep while storing their weapons in tunnels.
Abdel-Moneim said his son and the others died during the chemical weapons attack. That same day, the militant group Jabhat al-Nusra, which is linked to al-Qaida, announced that it would similarly attack civilians in the Assad regime’s heartland of Latakia on Syria’s western coast, in purported retaliation.
“They didn’t tell us what these arms were or how to use them,” complained a female fighter named ‘K.’ “We didn’t know they were chemical weapons. We never imagined they were chemical weapons.”

“When Saudi Prince Bandar gives such weapons to people, he must give them to those who know how to handle and use them,” she warned. She, like other Syrians, do not want to use their full names for fear of retribution.

CNN Caught Staging News Segments on Syria With Actors

Anderson Cooper and CNN have been caught staging fake news about Syria to justify military intervention.

The primary “witness” that the mainstream media is using as a source in Syria has been caught staging fake news segments.  Recent video evidence proves that “Syria Danny”, the supposed activist who has been begging for military intervention on CNN, is really just a paid actor and a liar.

While Assad is definitely a tyrant like any head of state, a US invasion of the country is a worst case scenario for the people living there.

By pointing out that the mainstream media is orchestrating their entire coverage of this incident, we are not denying that there is a tremendous amount of death and violence in Syria right now.  However, we are showing that the mainstream media version of events is scripted and staged propaganda.

The following video shows him contradicting himself while off air, and even asking crew members to “get the gunfire sounds ready” for his video conference with Anderson Cooper on CNN.

“Syria Danny” has also appeared on many other news programs, and every single time his story on specific events has changed.
This is not the first time that mainstream media has been exposed as propaganda, it happens all the time, especially during times of war.

Some of the most hyped up news images of our time surrounding war were not actually real but were simply public relations stunts, designed as psychological warfare operations.

Cameron's still hungry for blood in Syria

Anonymous said...
I was watching Sky News today at about 1pm and all the Presenters/Anchors (whatever they claim to be) looked physically depressed.

TAP - I watched a news bulletin for a few seconds this evening, on BBC with Nick Robinson.  They've obviously been told to keep the war live, and to create a narrative that permits the 'humiliated' Cameron to have another go.  The Prime Murderer must have his way or these minions will be dismissed and replaced with nonentities even more compliant than the current lot.  The rebelling MPs will be given the third degree, and threatened with exposure of their private lives etc.

Brzezinski: ‘Global Political Awakening Making Syrian War Difficult'. TAP - we're so sorry.

During a short interview with Germany’s DW News last Monday, former US National Security Adviser and Trilateral Commission co-founder Zbigniew Brzezinski commented on the growing inefficiency of war due to the increased political knowledge of the public.

“Given the contemporary reality of what I have called in my writings ‘Global Political Awakening,’ a policy of force based primarily on Western and in some cases former colonial powers does not seem to me a very promising avenue to an eventual solution to the regional problem,” said Brzezinski, referring to the situation in Syria.

Despite Brzezinski’s noted long-term relationship with Obama which included a top foreign policy adviser position, Brzezinski denied any specific knowledge of his plans regarding Syria, saying that if the administration has a strategy, it’s a “very well-kept secret.”
Obama’s Middle Eastern strategy has been a mere continuation of the policies seen under Bush, exemplified by former four star general and NATO commander Wesley Clark’s admission of the Bush-era Pentagon plan to overthrow several countries including Libya and Syria.

Although Brzezinski at times attempts to appear opposed to military interventionism, President Obama’s actions in Syria, which include the support of admitted Al Qaeda fighters, closely mirrors several of Brzezinski’s previous policies, most notably the opposition to the Soviet Union in 1979, where decisions made by Brzezinski led to the creation of Al Qaeda through the CIA funding of the Afghan Mujaheddin.

Brzezinski’s call of warning to the “global political awakening” has only intensified in recent years. Last year during a speech in Poland, Brzezinski noted that it has become “increasingly difficult to suppress” and control the “persistent and highly motivated populist resistance of politically awakened and historically resentful peoples.” Brzezinski also blamed the accessibility of “radio, television and the Internet” for the “universal awakening of mass political consciousness.”

Keep up the fight to stop the war

A personal note to you Sir,  a heartfelt thanks as your blog has been at the forefront of up-to-the-minute reporting on the potentially cataclysmic events of this past week concerning Syria.  Having risen a bit late as it's week-end over here and opened up the laptop i am so relieved and somewhat moved emotionally at this wonderful news of the slap down, humiliation of cameron vague etc. and of course, the halting (for now) of this insane rush to attack Syria.

Indeed, the Sky News mouthpiece talking with a female conservative MP this morning was obviously more concerned that poor cameron had been humiliated by the house then the reasons behind the reality of the vote!!

Thanks for the great and tremendously important work you do by simply collating and publishing the facts as you do.  I believe we may just have reached a point in our history when people will look back and say...."This was surely their Aleksander Potemkin moment"

have a wonderful week-end,

TAP -  It's a reprieve at least for now.  The nutters in the security services no doubt have a nasty false flag attack up their sleeves to punish MPs for their folly in not rushing into war.  The media is trying its utmost to reverse the decision.  See this morning's Times leader.

I agree with you, David.  Maybe the people are at last awake to how these events stack up, and they want to get into control.  They must march on Saturday in big numbers.  Cameron must go.  He's as guilty as Blair.  Farage is calling this right.  Maybe it will surge his vote once more.

Syrian 'rebels' recorded on video firing Sarin gas on civilian targets

Hi Tap I replied to Previous Post I Sent, but you will probably find this more interesting. I regret no time to put in active links other than main url.

NEW YORK – As the U.S. considers a response to what it calls a chemical weapon attack by Syria’s Bashar al-Assad regime that killed hundreds of civilians, reliable Middle Eastern sources say they have evidence the culprits actually were the rebel forces trying to take over the government.

Secretary of State John Kerry accused the Assad government Monday of covering up the use of chemical weapons in “a cowardly crime” and a “moral obscenity” that shocked the world’s conscience. Kerry claimed the Obama administration had “undeniable” evidence “that the Assad government was culpable in the use of chemical weapons on civilians” in the Aug. 21 attack in Damascus suburbs.

Reports that the Obama administration is considering a military strike against the Assad government continued to circulate Monday. Meanwhile, U.N. weapon inspectors in Syria were fired upon by snipers as they attempted to investigate the site of the Aug. 21 attack.

Assad has rejected charges that his government forces used chemical weapons as “preposterous” and “completely politicized,” the Los Angeles Times reported.

He argues Syrian forces were in the targeted area. .............

Rebel attack?

With the assistance of former PLO member and native Arabic-speaker Walid Shoebat, WND has assembled evidence from various Middle Eastern sources that cast doubt on Obama administration claims the Assad government is responsible for last week’s attack.

A video posted on YouTube, embedded below, shows Free Syrian Army, or FSA, rebel forces launching a Sarin gas attack on a Syrian village.

Cameron and Obama ‘humiliated’ as support for Syrian war fades

21st Century Wire says…

The House of Commons falls in on PM David Cameron, as his bid for war in Syria has failed…

From London to Washington…
The Obama administration and the neo-liberal surrogates within mainstream media have continued to try to save face, even after British parliamentary sessions ended David Cameron’s bid for war in Syria, leaving the Prime Minister “undeniably” humiliated.

The humiliation doesn’t end there…

This will prove to be a crushing blow to Obama’s planned strike against the sovereign nation, as 98 Republicans and 18 Democrats in congress have now come forward to question the constitutionality of such a conflict and are ready to be called back in session.

Over the past day, Democratic and Republican lawmakers have issued a signed letter concerned over potential constitutional violations by the US president,  headed by Rep. Scott Rigell (R-Va.), the letter states :

“Engaging our military in Syria when no direct threat to the United States exists and without prior congressional authorization would violate the separation of powers that is clearly delineated in the Constitution.”
There is no doubt that the Obama ‘media machine’ is already busy trying to reframe his “Red Line” stance, back-tracking on his electioneering tough talk prior to become president again.

Will Obama go “solo” in Syria, based on dodgy intelligence information, only time will tell?

We sincerely hope not.

All this week, we’ve seen an out pour of emotion through various protests over a possible Syrian strike, reminding us that humanity can regain its footing.

One thing is clear, support for the planned strike on Syria has quickly faded away…
