Now a suppressed song, not least by the owner of the copyright, Yoko Ono. She has refused its playing in public. The Beatles were created to facilitate cultural degradation, and their later careers which showed greater understanding of the evil around them, have been hidden away, apart from Paul McCartney's, of course, but that's another story.
This message of peace is unlikely to be heard ever again in any formal public venue, so give it a chance by playing it now, before total cultural control over humanity is achieved under Agenda 21. Agenda 21's 'Sustainable Development' requires the destruction of our economy, the decimation of our numbers, and the totalitarian control of humanity which can only be achieved by endless war. Lennon was so far ahead of his time. Shame about his wife, who seems now to be on board with the enemies of human life, lost in a newly created and controlled cultural abyss.

I came across a letter up for auction at an auction house last years from John Lennon to Paul Mccartney when John was in America with Yoko Ono.
ReplyDeleteThe letter showed that the relationship between John and Paul had become quite strained.
Paul was married to Linda at the time. John was expressing his anger at Linda's disdain towards Yoko. Both Paul and Linda had refused to accept and acknowledge Yoko. All their letters were addressed to John alone with no mention of Yoko and this upset John greatly.
John made a couple of cutting remarks to Linda in the letter regarding her holier than thou attitude and her deliberate attempts to constantly alienate Yoko.
The rest of the letter was mainly a personal vent about how Linda was manipulating Paul and I got the impression John blamed her for the split in his and Pauls friendship. and also a few touches of disagreement regarding Johns new life and the way he was directing his music and a paragraph regarding how badly they were treated as a young band by the management.
To say the letter was emotional is an understatement. John was clear about his feelings and they were anger.
The end of the letter posed the most interesting. John told Paul he would see him in about 2 years as "I reckon you'll be out by then" he said, "It'll all be out in the open in a couple of years"
What that meant I have no idea but he ended the letter wishing Paul success and to do the right thing.

I heard it said that the words to Imagine were written by Yoko. They are simple enough to be written by a someone foreign to the English language.
