ReplyDeleteit reminded me, thata sun newspaper journalist fixed a tracker to his car so they knew where he was going, Eltons car was very recognisable and the police stopped him near to Elm House, he had a small bottle of rum on the seat beside him, and only just passed the breathaliser test
