CPS decides not to prosecute Child 'Protection' officer guilty of inappropriate behaviour, as 'Not in the public interest'.

Confidential documents indicating a covering up of child abuse investigations in state run institutions, (this one from the Bryn Alyn Community in 1993) have arrived at The Tap Blog.   

I asked the sender for an explanation.

They are letters from Bryn Alyn Community, several of the childrens homes involved in Operation Pallial.
They shed a little more light on the attitudes of the staff to residential childcare and the minors in their care.
