James Foley RIP(sic?) looks remarkably healthy and well fed - better than your average Joe - after two gruelling years in Islamic captivity and above all, incredibly calm considering he's about to lose his head, after apparently previously losing both arms in some images and even his legs below the knees - or possibly one above and one below as he looks slightly lopsided. It could be the camera angle though as shifting tipper trucked-in sand can be tricky stuff with a camera mounted tripod.

cooperation of police officers in the U.S. and worldwide, released its guidelines on the detection
and prevention of suicide bombings. These guidelines are articulated in IACP’s Training Keys
581 and 582 (entitled Suicide (Homicide) Bombers I & II, respectively) (hereinafter “Training
Keys”). To detect potential suicide bombers, Training Key 581 instructs police officers to look
for certain behavioral and physical characteristics, similar to those identified in behavior pattern
