Stories about irregularities in the processing of visas by the UKBA in Manila are coming to light. Is the British Embassy interested in hearing about them? Or is it simply the business of the UKBA or the UKBF, under its new name, and no business of the Ambassador? The new chief of the UKBA is an ex-Police Office Chief Constable Brian Moore, brought in to enforce the law. Does he want to know what's going on in Manila?
