The Pentagon is constantly at war with itself with infighting and trying to keep information from other departments and the cia which is infiltrated with kgb and passing information to Russia. While The airforce, navy, army all fighting each other to get the best funding and trying to find out what technology the other has got. Not to mention the political departments trying to out flank each other on a daily basis. Deceit is the order of the day in that place. Few people are who they appear to be.
