Massive plume that triggered storm alerts in NM originated from Directed Energy Weapons Lab
The event began on the northeast side of a mountain in the White Sands Missile Range named North Oscura Peak. The USAF has a Directed Energy Laboratory located on North Oscura Peak It is managed and headquartered at Kirtland Air Force Base, 140 miles to the north in Albuquerque

Just read the Shiva star write up, the plume was maybe the equipment blowing up as the idea is unstable.
