California drought limits consumption to 50 gallons per person per day with huge fines for excess

Millions of California residents are about to be hit with strict water rationing enforced with huge fines. In one district, the new limit is 50 gallons per person, per day -- a sharp reduction from current consumption.

The California government even promises to use satellite photography to determine how much water your landscaping "should" be using, and you'll be heavily fined for exceeding that allocation:

No water rationing in the large metro California area where I live, other than voluntary. Big rain storm last week. Natural News thrives on fear mongering.
