You can't blame the cops. These guys were asked to stop skating, and they refused. They were lucky not to get shot putting up a fight like that. Police are allowed to shoot people in the legs if they resist arrest. Philippine jails are not great places either. It might be more fun in the Philippines, but only if you observe the local structures. With crime on the increase, the Police are no doubt getting less tolerant. The men were British.
